Flatout Flatbreads come in a variety of options (and flavors!) and is a great alternative to bread (which can really elevate the Points Plus values of any meal if you’re not careful) – they’re low in calories, fat and carbohydrates, while providing an ample amount of fiber and even protein – perfect when you want something healthy and filling.Īnother thing I like about Flatout Flatbreads is they are readily available at Walmart – eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to go out of your way to shop at specialty stores or go outside a food budget. I ended up throwing some dry lettuce in a plain wrap with some random cheese from the fridge - no wonder why I wasn’t blown away! When Flatout Bread approached me to write my own recipe, I took the time to think about what I would want in a quick, simple wrap that was full of flavor and fit within my healthy guidelines. So many of my weight loss peers and Hungry Girl fans around me swore by them, but when I bought them a couple years ago for the first time I had no clue what to make. Now, Flatout Breads are like a super food in my weight-watching world. When the nice folks over at Flatout Bread contacted me about creating a recipe and hosting a giveaway as part of the #FlatoutLove promotion through Walmart, I decided to give it a try!
